A: We suggest 3-5 times a day—hit it whenever your eyes feel dry or gritty. But heads up: this is a personal care product, not a medical device. If your eyes are infected or hurting bad, see a doctor ASAP. It’s for daily care, not to replace a doctor’s treatment.

A: We’re all about being eco-friendly and cutting waste. These days, Type-C chargers work with pretty much everything—your phone, laptop, power bank. Any good Type-C charger you already have will work with our product. We’d rather spend that money making the product itself better than giving you a charger you probably don’t need. Thanks for getting on board with helping the planet!

A: You’ve got a good nose! That subtle scent comes from our star ingredient: Ergothioneine. It’s a super valuable, effective ingredient, and it naturally smells a little like mushrooms or grains. We don’t add any fake fragrances to cover it up—we want the formula to be pure and work as well as possible. No need to worry—it’s totally normal.

A: The main thing is Refreshing Cool has extra Ergothioneine. And yeah, feel free to swap them depending on how you’re feeling.

Gentle Moisture (Daily Go-To): It’s made to feel just like your natural tears—super mild, no weird sensation. Perfect for long work or study days when you just need basic hydration and to keep tired eyes at bay.

Refreshing Cool (Quick Pick-Me-Up): It has Ergothioneine, Wild Chrysanthemum Extract, and other natural ingredients that give a nice cooling feel. Blasts away sleepiness and tiredness fast—great for afternoons, before driving, or right before a big meeting.

A: Absolutely—that's exactly where our strengths lie. Our product contains zero preservatives, alcohol, or menthol, eliminating irritation at the source. We use safe, plant-based ingredients, making it extremely gentle on the eyes. If you wear contacts, you can spray it right on without taking them out. It hydrates your eyes so your contacts don’t rub and dry them out. Tons of people with sensitive eyes say this is the gentlest, most effective thing they’ve used.

A: Our core ingredients are so mild, it works for pretty much any age. We especially recommend it for adults, teens swamped with schoolwork, and anyone staring at screens all day. For kids (we say 8 and up), make sure a parent helps them use it the right way. Older folks love it too—it eases the dryness and discomfort from presbyopia.

A: Yeah—quick cleaning keeps it working great.

- Daily Clean: Unplug it first, take out the vial. Use a dry cotton swab or soft cloth to wipe any moisture around the spray nozzle.
-Important: Don’t rinse it or soak it in water—you’ll break the inside parts.

- Deep Clean: If the mist isn’t coming out right, the tiny holes might be clogged. Just spray it a few times without the vial—air will clear it out.

A: It works great in normal temps—0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F). Extreme temps might slow it down a little:

- Too Cold: The liquid might get thick. Warm the vial in your hand for a second before using.

- Too Hot: Don’t leave it in the sun or a hot car—heat can ruin the liquid and the battery. Inside, it’s totally fine.

A: We built it to not leak. The main unit has a buckle that locks tight—we tested it hard for shipping. The vials are tough pharmaceutical glass. If you get it and the packaging is broken or it’s leaking, take photos and hit us up right away.

A: Standard shipping usually takes from 5 to 7 days. (The exact time depends on the country). If your package is affected by force majeure, please send email to service@acewinklab.com for help.
