For all orders, you may return your product within 30 days of receiving the package if the package is unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Unopened packages: Eligible for return. Refunds will be issued as store credit or back to your original payment method (subject to your bank’s processing time).
- Opened packages: Not eligible for return, except in cases of quality issues (e.g., cloudy liquid, leakage, wrong item received, etc.). In such cases:

- Provide clear video + photos as proof
- Our customer service will take care of your request if valid.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days after the return is approved and received.
